How booking works

1. Enter the trip. Pickup and drop-off addresses, or the airport, terminal, FBO, port or station, plus date and time.
2. Add the flight. We track it and move the pickup if the landing changes.
3. Choose the vehicle. Sedan, first class, SUV, Sprinter or limousine.
4. Confirm. The reservation is confirmed by email; the chauffeur’s name, phone and vehicle follow before pickup.

New York, London, Paris, Dubai, Tokyo or Cape Town: enter the pickup in the same form or send the itinerary to the desk. A vetted, licensed local operator from the worldwide directory is assigned, the fixed fare is confirmed in writing, and every leg appears on one LimousineWorldwideDirectory.com confirmation and invoice.

Changes and cancellation

Counting back from the booked pickup time: more than 72 hours ahead costs nothing; inside 72 hours the fee is 10% of the booking, inside 48 hours 50%, and inside 24 hours, or if nobody shows, 100%. Large conventions, festivals and race weekends can carry an earlier cut-off, printed on your confirmation.
