Nashville limo service for artists, executives and event guests
Nashville moves on two clocks. On weekdays it is a healthcare, finance and music-business town, with meetings on Music Row, at Vanderbilt and in the Cool Springs offices south of the city. On Thursday through Saturday nights it is one of the busiest entertainment districts in the country, where Broadway fills with pedestrians and every venue wants its guests dropped at the right door.
A good Nashville limo service has to work for both. LimousineWorldwideDirectory.com books it through a 24/7 desk. A vetted, licensed and commercially insured local chauffeur operator from our worldwide directory delivers the ride, and the desk books, confirms and invoices it: one booking, one confirmation, one invoice, one point of contact at any hour. Trips inside the United States use US-licensed operators.
How do I book a limo service in Nashville?

Use the online booker: enter the pickup address, drop-off address and flight number, and choose a vehicle. It shows the exact fixed fare before you confirm. A licensed Nashville chauffeur is assigned, flights are tracked, and you receive one confirmation and one invoice.
Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing and trade accounts for travel agents, DMCs and hotel concierges run through the same desk. The worldwide standard is explained on our chauffeur service and limo service pages.
Nashville International Airport (BNA)
BNA is about 8 miles (13 km) southeast of downtown Nashville, usually 15 to 25 minutes by road. The airport's own website, flynashville.com, publishes the current terminal and curb layout. Pickup points can change as the airport develops, so your chauffeur is given the exact door and curb for your airline at confirmation rather than from a fixed rule.
Flights are tracked on every airport pickup. Free waiting is 60 minutes after an international landing and 30 minutes after a domestic one. A name board inside arrivals is an add-on, with an alias on the board if you prefer privacy, which suits touring crews and executives. For the full airport service, see airport car service and the airports hub.
Nashville distances and drive times
Times are typical for off-peak hours. Weekday rush hours and event nights add 20 to 40 minutes on I-65, I-40 and I-24.
| Trip | Distance | Typical drive time | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| BNA to downtown hotels | 8 miles (13 km) | 15 to 25 minutes | Allow more at rush hour |
| Downtown to the Opry House | About 9 miles (14 km) | 20 to 30 minutes | Longer on show nights |
| Downtown to The Hermitage | About 12 miles (19 km) | 20 to 30 minutes | Andrew Jackson's home |
| Downtown to Franklin | About 20 miles (32 km) | 30 to 45 minutes | I-65 south |
| Nashville to Lynchburg (Jack Daniel's) | About 75 miles (120 km) | 1 hour 20 to 1 hour 40 | Rural roads for the last stretch |
| Nashville to Memphis | About 210 miles (340 km) | 3 hours to 3 hours 30 | I-40 west |
| Nashville to Gatlinburg | About 250 miles (400 km) | 4 to 4.5 hours | I-40 east into the Smokies gateway |
Downtown, the Gulch and Broadway: where cars can and cannot stop
Downtown Nashville is a loop of interstates (I-40, I-24 and I-65) around a street grid with one-way pairs, with the Music City Center, the Ryman and Bridgestone Arena all in the downtown core. Most of what you want is a few blocks apart, so the question is rarely distance, it is where a car can stop.

Lower Broadway is the busiest pedestrian street in the city after dark. Cars cannot linger there, so a chauffeur normally drops you on a cross street one block away and collects you at an agreed corner, with a text when the car is in position. The Gulch and 12 South are easier for curb drops. East Nashville and Germantown restaurants have limited curb space on Friday and Saturday evenings, which is why we ask for the restaurant name and the reservation time.
Where Nashville guests stay, and what that means for pickups
Nashville hotels fall into three groups. Downtown properties such as the Hermitage Hotel and Omni Nashville put you within a few blocks of the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena and the convention center. The Gulch and the West End side, toward Vanderbilt, have newer towers and quieter curbs. Gaylord Opryland Resort sits beside the Opry House, on the airport side of the city, and is the natural base for a show weekend. We ask for the hotel name when you book because large hotels have several entrances, and a chauffeur who knows which one your luggage leaves from saves ten minutes.
Black car service for music-industry and corporate clients
Weekday demand clusters around Music Row, the downtown law and finance offices, Vanderbilt and the medical campuses, and the corporate offices in Brentwood and Franklin. Meetings in those places can be 20 miles apart, which is why many clients book an hourly chauffeur service block of four, six or ten hours, or a corporate car service account with monthly invoicing. See our black car service page for the classes.
For artists and management teams, the VIP and celebrity chauffeur page covers privacy, alias bookings and how we work alongside a client's security team. Chauffeurs do not photograph clients or post about trips, NDAs are signed on request, and we are not a security company and do not supply bodyguards or armed drivers.
The Ryman, the Opry and the music venues
The Grand Ole Opry House is at 600 Opry Mills Drive, and the Opry's own site says advance paid parking is available only for evening shows starting at 5 pm (Opry directions and parking). A chauffeur avoids the parking question completely: drop-off near the entrance, pickup at the agreed spot after the show. The Ryman Auditorium, which the venue calls "the Mother Church", sits downtown at the edge of Lower Broadway; see its official site for show times. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is a short ride from both.
Our full visitor guide, Grand Ole Opry by chauffeur, covers timing, entrances and the best arrival window. If you want a day on the same theme, the guide to Graceland in Memphis follows the music story west.
CMA Fest and the CMA Awards
CMA Fest is held in downtown Nashville each June; the official site gives the next dates as June 10 to 13, 2027 (CMA Fest). The CMA Awards are scheduled for November 18, 2026, live on ABC, according to the CMA Awards site. Both bring road closures, heavy foot traffic around the arena and hotels, and a premium on early hotel bookings. For these weeks, we recommend booking pickups at least a week ahead, agreeing a drop-off one or two blocks from the venue, and leaving a full hour of buffer to leave downtown after a show.

For large delegations, use event transportation and the events hub. Large events may carry a different cancellation deadline, which is stated on your confirmation.
Music City Center and conventions
The Music City Center is the city's main convention venue, in the downtown core. Delegates from a convention usually need a sequence of short transfers: airport to hotel, hotel to a dinner in the Gulch, and a late return. Use conference transportation to set up a group program with Executive Sprinters (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, 12 to 14 passengers, 12 bags) and Luxury SUVs, and see the conferences hub for other cities. The convention center's site lists current maps and parking.
Private aviation near Nashville
Corporate and charter flights use BNA and John C. Tune Airport (JWN) west of the city. We do not list an operator by name here because FBO arrangements change; give us the airport, operator and tail number at booking and your chauffeur meets you on the ramp or at the FBO door where the operator permits. Read about our private jet car service and browse the private aviation hub.
Weddings, parties and group moves
Nashville is a major wedding and celebration destination. A stretch limousine, Executive Sprinter or mini-coach suits groups of eight or more, and we confirm availability at booking. We never promise drinks on board, and local alcohol law applies. For the details, see wedding limo service and Sprinter van with driver. Hotel concierges and DMCs can book through a trade account at the hotel concierge bookings page.

Nashville airport transfer compared with the alternatives
| Option | Time to downtown | Cost note | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public bus | Longer, with a transfer | Lowest | Solo travelers with time |
| Taxi | 15 to 25 minutes | Metered | Short trips with little luggage |
| Rideshare | 15 to 25 minutes | Surge-priced at peak times | Light bags, flexible timing |
| Rental car | 15 to 25 minutes, plus pickup | Metered plus downtown parking | Guests heading out of town |
| Private chauffeur | 15 to 25 minutes | Fixed fare via the booker | Groups, artists, executives, late arrivals |
If you are alone with a carry-on and staying near Broadway, a taxi or rideshare costs less and is perfectly good. A chauffeur is the better choice with a group, an instrument case, a schedule or a flight to catch. Friday and Saturday nights on Broadway, game days and CMA week bring the heaviest congestion, and the desk is open 24/7 if plans change.
Vehicles, waiting time and cancellation
The usual Nashville choices are the Executive Sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Cadillac CT6 or Lyriq or similar, up to 3 passengers), the First Class Sedan (Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series or similar), the Luxury SUV (Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon Denali or similar, up to 6, 5 to 6 large bags) and the Executive Sprinter. Stretch limousine, mini-coach and coach are available on request, and Maybach, Rolls-Royce and Bentley on request, with availability confirmed at booking. See the fleet. Child, toddler and booster seats are available on request, and most vehicles carry water and phone chargers.
Free waiting is 15 minutes on non-airport pickups. Cancellation is free with more than 72 hours' notice; 72 hours or less is 10%, 48 hours or less is 50%, and 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100%, measured from the scheduled pickup time. Large events may carry a different deadline, stated on the confirmation. More on the about page and FAQ.
