Limo service USA and chauffeur service Canada from one desk
This is the North America section of the LimousineWorldwideDirectory.com directory. It covers limo service in the United States, chauffeur service in Canada and the long runs between them. Every listing below leads to a page written for that city, airport or venue, and every page ends at the same place: an online booker that shows a fixed fare for your exact addresses before you confirm.
The service works the same way on both sides of the border. The worldwide booking desk never closes. Each ride is delivered by a vetted, licensed and commercially insured local chauffeur operator from the directory, and our desk books, confirms and invoices it. You get one confirmation, one invoice and one point of contact whether the pickup is at JFK or at a Whistler chalet.
What does a North American chauffeur service cover?

A North American chauffeur service covers airport pickups, hourly and as-directed days, city-to-city runs, private aviation and cruise transfers, events and conferences. Our desk books the vehicle in the US or Canada, a licensed local operator drives it, and the booker quotes a fixed fare up front.
Most readers arrive with one of four jobs: an airport arrival, a day of back-to-back meetings, an event with road closures, or a long transfer that a train or short flight might do better. The pages below say so plainly where that is the case.
Vehicles are late-model, fully maintained and inspected, no more than four model years old (Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach up to seven). The fleet page lists the classes and capacities, and exact models are confirmed at booking.

The full list, with how international arrivals work, sits on the airports hub.
Private aviation, cruise ports and rail
Business-aviation passengers are met at the FBO, and planeside access rules vary by field. Three North American fields have pages: Teterboro for New York, Van Nuys for Los Angeles and Palm Beach for South Florida. The private aviation hub explains the hand-off in general terms.
The port pages cover PortMiami, Port Everglades, Port Canaveral, the Manhattan Cruise Terminal, Galveston, Seattle and Vancouver Canada Place. For the airport-to-ship leg see cruise transfers.
Rail pages cover New York Penn Station, Washington Union Station and Toronto Union Station.
Events and conferences
Peak events are where booking early matters. We write event pages for Art Basel Miami Beach, the US Open, the Kentucky Derby, Coachella, the Las Vegas Grand Prix, the Super Bowl and the Toronto International Film Festival. Conference pages cover CES in Las Vegas and the NAB Show. Large events may carry a different cancellation deadline, which is stated on your confirmation. The events hub and conferences hub list the rest, and event transportation explains how arrivals are choreographed.
Crossing the border: eTA, ESTA and cabotage
Governments set entry rules, so check them before you fly.

- Visa-exempt foreign nationals flying to Canada generally need an electronic travel authorization. Canada's official eTA page explains who qualifies, and U.S. citizens are exempt but must carry a valid passport.
- Visitors traveling to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program apply for ESTA. U.S. Customs and Border Protection says it does not guarantee admission, because officers decide that on arrival.
Cabotage is the other rule, and it governs the vehicle rather than you. Under 19 CFR 123.14, foreign-based buses and taxicabs in international traffic may not carry passengers between two US points, apart from narrow carriage incidental to an international journey. That is why trips inside the USA use US-licensed operators, why trips inside Canada use Canadian ones, and why a cross-border ride is planned by the desk before the price is shown.
Long runs between North American cities
Intercity transfers suit groups, luggage and people who want to work in the back seat. For a solo traveler on a route with a fast train or short flight, they make less sense.
| Run | Distance and typical time | Fixed-fare chauffeur | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| New York to Boston | about 345 km (215 mi), roughly 3.5 to 4.5 hours | Fixed fare via the booker | Groups, executives who want a private office; a train or shuttle flight is the better pick for one traveler on a tight budget |
| Los Angeles to Las Vegas | about 435 km (270 mi), 4 to 5 hours | Fixed fare via the booker | Parties of 3 to 14 with luggage; flying is quicker for a single traveler |
| Miami to Orlando | about 380 km (235 mi), around 3.5 hours | Fixed fare via the booker | Families and cruise passengers with heavy bags |
| Toronto to Niagara Falls | about 130 km (80 mi), around 1.5 hours; summer weekends can run to 2.5 hours | Fixed fare via the booker | Wine days, the best case for a chauffeur |
| Toronto to Montreal | about 540 km (335 mi), around 6 hours | Fixed fare via the booker | Teams working en route; the train or a flight is faster for one traveler |
| Montreal to Quebec City | about 250 km (155 mi), 2 hours 45 minutes to 3 hours | Fixed fare via the booker | Couples and small groups |
| Vancouver to Whistler | about 120 km (75 mi), around 1 hour 40 minutes in clear conditions | Fixed fare via the booker | Ski groups; mountain weather matters more than the clock |
Montreal to Quebec City comes from Quebec City's tourism site, and Vancouver to Whistler from Tourism Whistler, which warns that the Sea to Sky Highway changes with the weather. Check DriveBC on the day, and read about long-distance car service.
Seasons and conditions that change a booking
North America is large enough that one booking can mean snow and another a heat advisory. Build in buffer for mountain roads such as Highway 99 to Whistler, and leave early for the Niagara corridor on summer weekends. Book stadium and festival days early. Tell us the flight number for airport pickups. We track it, and international arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, domestic arrivals 30 minutes and other pickups 15.
Sightseeing by chauffeur
Sights in North America are far apart, which is why a chauffeured day works well here. The guide index near the end of this page lists every visitor guide by country, and private tours with driver explains how a day runs and how a licensed guide differs from a driver.
How to book anywhere in North America
Open the online booker, enter your pickup and drop-off, add the flight number for airports, choose a vehicle class and confirm. The booker shows the fixed fare before you pay, so these pages print no price. Corporate accounts offer monthly invoicing, and trade accounts serve travel agents, DMCs and hotel concierges. Tourist offices and convention bureaus can book for visitors through a trade account, described on the tourist offices page.
We are a chauffeur service and not a security company. We do not supply armed drivers or bodyguards, though our chauffeurs work alongside your own security team. Chauffeurs do not photograph clients or post about trips, NDAs are signed on request, and alias bookings are available.
For the worldwide index, return to the directory, or read why corporations book with us.

Every North American guide we have written is listed here by country, so you can jump straight to the place you are visiting. Each one explains how a private car gets there, where it can stop and how long to allow. The attractions hub and the blog hold the same guides by theme.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer limo service USA wide?
Yes. City pages cover 24 US metro areas, plus airports, FBOs and cruise ports. For any other US location, enter the addresses in the booker. Our desk will confirm whether a licensed local operator can cover the pickup and tell you before you pay.
Can I book a chauffeur service in Canada from the United States?
Yes. The desk handles bookings in every time zone. You book online, receive one confirmation and one invoice, and the ride is delivered by a licensed Canadian operator, whether the pickup is in Toronto, Whistler or Quebec City.
Can one driver take me across the Canada–US border?
Possibly, but not in every case. Cabotage rules limit what a foreign-based vehicle may do inside the other country, and our desk plans cross-border rides accordingly. Tell us the full route in the booker and we will confirm what is possible.
How far is it from Vancouver to Whistler by private car?
About 120 km (75 mi), and about 1 hour 40 minutes in clear conditions according to Tourism Whistler. Winter weather, rain, roadworks and holiday weekends add time, so we suggest allowing around two hours.
How far is it from Toronto to Niagara Falls?
About 130 km (80 mi), roughly 1 hour 30 minutes outside peak periods. Summer weekend traffic can stretch the trip to two and a half hours, which is why wine-country days often start early.
What is the drive between Los Angeles and Las Vegas?
About 435 km (270 mi) on Interstate 15, usually 4 to 5 hours. A chauffeur suits groups, executives who want to work en route, and anyone traveling with luggage. A single traveler may find a flight quicker.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours' notice: no charge. 72 hours or less: 10%. 48 hours or less: 50%. 24 hours or less or a no-show: 100%, all measured from the scheduled pickup time. Large events may carry a different deadline, which is stated on your confirmation.
