A limousine directory built around the trip, not the company
Most directories list companies and leave you to phone around. LimousineWorldwideDirectory.com lists places instead. You search by the city you are landing in, the airport, the cruise port, the station, the event or the attraction, and each page tells you what a chauffeur does there: where the car meets you, what the rules are, how long the run takes. Every page ends at the same online booker, which shows a fixed fare for your exact addresses before you confirm.
Behind the listings sits one operating model. Our 24/7 booking desk is open around the clock, worldwide. Every ride is delivered by a vetted, licensed and commercially insured local chauffeur operator from the worldwide directory, and the desk books, confirms and invoices it. You do not choose between operators or compare quotes. You get one booking, one confirmation, one invoice and one point of contact around the clock, whichever country the pickup is in.
How the directory is organized
There are seven ways into the directory, and they all lead to the same booker.

- By region. Six regional hubs, listed below, group cities, airports and venues by geography.
- By city. 72 city pages cover the chauffeur, limo and black car service in each place.
- By airport. 40 airport pages explain terminals, pickup procedure and arrival timing.
- By private aviation field. Eight FBO pages cover business-aviation pickups.
- By cruise port. Twelve port pages cover embarkation and disembarkation days.
- By train station. Eight rail pages cover major stations.
- By event, conference or attraction. Twelve event pages, ten conference pages and 500 attraction guides on the blog cover the places people travel for.
The six regional hubs
Start here if you know the part of the world but not yet the city.
- North America: 32 cities across the United States and Canada, 19 airports, three private-aviation fields, seven cruise ports and three rail hubs, plus the cross-border rules.
- Europe: 16 cities, nine airports, four business-aviation fields, five rail hubs, and an explanation of low-emission and limited-traffic zones.
- Middle East: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh and Istanbul, with weekend days and Salik tolls explained.
- Asia-Pacific: ten cities from Tokyo to Sydney, six airports and the typhoon and monsoon calendar.
- Latin America and the Caribbean: Mexico City, Cancun, Los Cabos, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Punta Cana, with licensed transport only.
- Africa: Cape Town, Johannesburg and Marrakech, with safari gateways and medina access.
What is a chauffeur directory, and how does it differ from a single company?
A chauffeur directory lists vetted local operators in many cities and routes bookings to them. LimousineWorldwideDirectory.com adds a single desk on top: one booking, one confirmation, one invoice and one 24/7 contact, with a licensed local operator delivering the ride and a fixed fare quoted in advance.
The value of a directory is local knowledge. A company based in one city cannot know the curb rules at a Dubai terminal, the ZTL camera in Florence or the Van Wyck at 5 pm. A local operator does, and the desk makes sure that knowledge arrives with a standard of service that does not change between continents.
How operators are vetted
Operators join the directory through an application, and the standard is the same everywhere.
- Licence. The operator holds the commercial passenger-transport licence required in its city or country.
- Insurance. The operator carries commercial insurance for passenger carriage.
- Vehicles. Late-model, fully maintained and inspected: no more than four model years old, and up to seven for Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach.
- Chauffeurs. Experienced professionals who are background-checked.
Operators who want to join can read the requirements on the join the directory page. Clients who want to know more about the standard can read why clients book with us and the about page.
Choosing the right listing for your trip
Different readers start in different places, and the directory is built to catch all of them.
You are landing. Use the airport pages. Each one covers terminals, pre-arranged pickup, customs timing and a comparison with rail, taxi and rideshare. The airports hub lists all 40, and airport car service explains flight tracking and waiting time: 60 minutes free on international arrivals, 30 on domestic.
You are flying privately. The private aviation hub covers FBO pickups, including the field rules that vary by country. See private jet car service for the general procedure.
You are boarding or leaving a ship. The cruise ports hub lists twelve ports. Cruise transfers covers the airport-to-ship leg.
You are arriving by rail. The train stations hub lists eight stations. Train station transfers explains meeting points and platform changes.
You are going to an event or conference. The events hub and conferences hub list the big dates. Event transportation and conference transportation cover the choreography.
You are sightseeing. The attractions hub introduces the 500 guides. Private tours with driver explains how a chauffeured day works.
You need a car for a day. Read about hourly chauffeur service and private driver service.
Directory booking compared with other ways to get a car abroad
| Way to get a car | Typical wait and certainty | Cost note | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory booking through our desk | Confirmed in advance, flight tracked, driver waiting | Fixed fare via the booker | Arrivals with luggage, groups, executives, anyone who cannot afford a missed pickup |
| Hotel concierge arrangement | Confirmed by the hotel, details vary by property | Set by the hotel | Guests who prefer a single point of contact at the hotel |
| Taxi from the rank | No booking, queue varies with the hour | Metered | Short trips with light bags and no fixed schedule |
| Rideshare app | Booked on arrival, availability varies, pickup zones can be far from arrivals | Surge-priced at busy times | Solo travelers with a local data plan and flexible timing |
| Public transport | Fixed timetable | Lowest | Travelers with light bags and time to spare |
| Rental car | Self-drive, parking and toll responsibility | Varies | Visitors who want to drive and know local rules |
The lowest-cost option is public transport, and for a solo traveler with a light bag and a good rail link it is often the best one. A booked chauffeur earns its place when there are two or more travelers, luggage, children, a late arrival or a schedule that cannot absorb a queue. Where a train is the better choice, the city and airport pages say so.
Entry rules come first
Before any ride, you need to be allowed in. Governments set those rules, and they change. These official pages are the ones to check.

- Canada: the eTA page.
- United States: ESTA, for Visa Waiver Program travelers.
- United Kingdom: the ETA, valid for two years or until your passport expires.
- Schengen countries: the EES and ETIAS page. The Entry/Exit System has been fully operational since 10 April 2026, and ETIAS was planned for the last quarter of 2026 with no exact date confirmed when we wrote this.
Vehicles, discretion and who uses the directory
Vehicle classes are Executive Sedan, First Class Sedan, Luxury SUV and Executive Sprinter, with stretch limousine, mini-coach and coach on request, and Maybach, Rolls-Royce and Bentley on request. Exact models are confirmed at booking, and the fleet page lists capacities. Child, toddler and booster seats are available on request.
The directory serves corporations, celebrities and high-net-worth families. Chauffeurs take no photographs of clients and post nothing about trips; an NDA is signed on request, and a booking can run under an alias. Corporate accounts offer monthly invoicing, and the corporate car service page describes how they work. For talent, see VIP and celebrity chauffeur. For families, see HNWI and family office chauffeur. We are a chauffeur service and not a security company, so we do not supply armed drivers or bodyguards. We work alongside your own security team.
Travel agents, DMCs, tour operators and hotel concierges can use trade accounts; read the travel trade and hotel concierge bookings pages. Official tourist offices and tourism boards can book for their visitors through a trade account as well, described on the tourist offices hub.
Frequently asked questions
What is a limousine directory?
It is an index of limousine and chauffeur services organized by place. Ours covers 72 cities, 40 airports and many other venues, and each listing leads to a booker with a fixed fare.
Do I choose the operator myself?
No. You choose the trip, the vehicle class and the date. Our desk assigns a vetted local operator, confirms the booking and sends one invoice. You have one point of contact throughout.
Is the directory only for large cities?
The pages cover major cities, but the booker accepts any address. For a pickup outside the listed cities, the desk checks whether a licensed local operator is available and tells you before you pay.
How do I know the operators are legitimate?
Each is licensed, commercially insured and operates vehicles no more than four model years old (seven for Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach), with background-checked chauffeurs. See the join page for the full standard.
What does it cost?
The booker shows a fixed fare for your exact addresses and vehicle before you confirm. We do not print prices in the directory because every trip is different.
Can I book a driver for several cities?
Yes. Send the full itinerary and the desk confirms each leg with the local operator, so one invoice covers the trip. Global chauffeur service explains how.
What is the cancellation policy?
No charge applies to cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead. After that, 72 hours or less costs 10%, 48 hours or less costs 50%, and 24 hours or less, or a no-show, costs 100%, all counted from the scheduled pickup time. A large event can carry its own deadline, which the confirmation states.
Where is the booking desk?
Open 24 hours a day. Drivers are local to each pickup city, and the desk works with them in the time zone of your trip.
