Luxury travel's own show deserves a proper arrival
ILTM Cannes gathers the people who design and sell high-end journeys: luxury travel advisors, hotel brands, private-aviation and yacht specialists, and destination companies. The delegates are used to arrivals that run smoothly, and many of them will judge a destination partly on how the first hour went. An ILTM Cannes car service is therefore less an optional extra than part of the professional courtesy a delegate expects to offer, and to receive.
The LimousineWorldwideDirectory.com booking desk is open around the clock, worldwide, and answers 24/7. Each ride is delivered by a vetted, licensed and commercially insured local chauffeur operator from our worldwide directory, and the desk books, confirms and invoices it: one booking, one confirmation, one invoice, one point of contact. For tour operators and luxury advisors, trade accounts exist for travel agents, DMCs and hotel concierges.
How do I get from Nice airport to ILTM Cannes?

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about 27 km (17 mi) from the Palais des Festivals, and ILTM's own travel page estimates about 30 minutes by road on the A8. A pre-booked chauffeur meets you in arrivals, tracks the flight and allows for the motorway traffic that can build in the afternoon.
That 30-minute estimate is for normal conditions. The A8 can slow considerably at peak periods, and the final approach to the Croisette is a short, congested stretch. Our desk gives you a pickup time that includes the buffer.
ILTM Cannes 2026: dates and venue
The official ILTM Cannes site lists the 2026 show for Monday 30 November to Thursday 3 December 2026 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, 1 Boulevard de la Croisette, 06400 Cannes. The venue overlooks the harbour. The city of Cannes lists the December portion of the show from 1 to 3 December, which reflects the main exhibition days, so check the organizer's schedule for the day your appointments begin.
ILTM's venue and travel page describes the car route (the A8 motorway, with exits at Cannes La Bocca or Mougins/Cannes), the flight distance from Nice, and the fact that Cannes is served by TGV, Corail and express trains. It also states that hotel bookings for the show run through its official partner, bnetwork, and warns attendees not to use third parties claiming an association. We do not sell accommodation, so there is no overlap: hotels through the organizer's partner, ground transport through our desk.
Distances from the airports and along the coast
| Route to the Palais des Festivals | Distance | Typical drive time |
|---|---|---|
| Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) | about 27 km (17 mi) | 30 to 45 minutes |
| Cannes-Mandelieu (private aviation) | about 5 to 8 km (3 to 5 mi) | 10 to 20 minutes |
| Antibes and Juan-les-Pins | about 11 km (7 mi) | 20 to 30 minutes |
| Mougins | about 8 km (5 mi) | 15 to 25 minutes |
| Nice city center | about 30 km (19 mi) | 35 to 55 minutes |
| Monaco and Monte-Carlo | about 60 km (37 mi) | 50 to 80 minutes |
Cannes-Mandelieu is a small airport used for private and business aviation, and it is the closest to the Palais; for private jets landing at Nice, see the Nice Côte d'Azur private aviation page. The wider region is covered by the Nice and Monaco chauffeur service page, and the private aviation hub lists related FBO pages.
Terminals, business aviation and the other Riviera airports
Nice Côte d'Azur has two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, and shuttles run between the car parks and the terminals. The airport's website also has sections for business aviation and helicopters, and it links to the airport authority's other fields, Cannes-Mandelieu and Golfe de Saint-Tropez. That structure is useful to know: a delegate flying scheduled arrives at Nice, a private-jet client may use Nice or Cannes-Mandelieu, and a client heading on to the Saint-Tropez peninsula has a third option. Tell the desk the airport, the terminal or handler, and the aircraft arrival time, and the chauffeur is positioned accordingly.

On a commercial arrival, flight tracking means the chauffeur sees delays and early landings, and the free waiting window starts at actual landing. On a private arrival, the pickup is usually at the aircraft or the FBO door, and the desk confirms the meeting point with the handler. Either way, one named contact handles changes at any hour.
Where a car can stop on the Croisette
The Croisette is Cannes's seafront boulevard, and the Palais sits on it. The street is busy, partly pedestrian in places, and the number of places where a vehicle can stop to unload is limited. During other events at the same venue, such as the film festival in May, closures and rerouted access are common, and the Cannes Film Festival page explains the pattern. ILTM is quieter than the festival, but the same principle applies: the exact drop-off depends on the entrance for your session and on any restrictions in force that morning.
Our chauffeur operator checks the current access points and confirms the drop-off in advance. If you are traveling in a group, tell the desk who gets out where. The La Croisette guide describes the promenade itself, and the Promenade des Anglais guide does the same for Nice.
Train, shuttle, taxi and chauffeur compared
| Option | Nice airport to Palais | Cost note | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Train or shuttle bus along the coast | Roughly an hour or more with a transfer; check timetables | Lowest | Light travelers, flexible timing |
| Organizer transfers (if eligible) | Per the ILTM schedule | Check eligibility | Exhibitors with access to the programme |
| Taxi | 30 to 45 minutes | Metered | Single travelers at off-peak hours |
| Rideshare | 30 to 45 minutes | Surge-priced at peaks | Short unplanned trips |
| Pre-booked chauffeur | 30 to 45 minutes | Fixed fare via the booker | Advisors with clients, executives, groups, late arrivals |
ILTM's travel page links to a page of complimentary transfers for exhibitors. If you qualify and your arrival fits the schedule, it is a useful option. A chauffeur is the better choice when your flight is off-schedule, when you are traveling with a client whom you will not hand to a shuttle, or when you need to leave the Palais in the evening and reach a restaurant in Mougins or Antibes. In the end, the choice is between a fixed route and a flexible one, not between good and bad.
Vehicles and presentation
Presentation matters at a luxury show, and the fleet is built for it. For up to 3 passengers, choose a First Class Sedan (Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series or similar) or an Executive Sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar), each with 2 large and 2 cabin bags. A Mercedes-Benz V-Class or a Luxury SUV suits a party of up to 6 with 5 to 6 large bags. For a group, an Executive Sprinter (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter) carries 12 to 14 with 12 bags, and mini-coach and coach are on request. Maybach, Rolls-Royce and Bentley are available on request with availability confirmed at booking. Every class is "or similar", the exact model is confirmed at booking, and vehicles are late-model, fully maintained and inspected. See the fleet page.

Water and phone chargers are in most vehicles, and child, toddler and booster seats can be added on request. Flight tracking is included on every airport pickup, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic arrivals. A name-board meet-and-greet inside arrivals is available as an add-on, with an alias on the board if you prefer discretion. See the meet and greet service page.
Discretion for high-net-worth clients
ILTM delegates often travel with clients whose privacy is the product. Chauffeurs never photograph clients or post about their trips, and NDAs and alias bookings are available on request. We are a chauffeur service, not a security company: no armed drivers and no bodyguards, and we work alongside a client's own security team. The VIP and celebrity chauffeur page explains the approach. Corporate accounts invoice monthly, which suits agencies and operators who pay for client transfers on behalf of several clients; the corporate car service page has the details.
A coast-wide plan for the week
Sunday 29 November. Arrive at Nice, collect at arrivals, drive to a hotel in Cannes or Mougins, about 27 km (17 mi), 30 to 45 minutes.
Monday and Tuesday. The chauffeur takes you to the Palais at the hour of your first appointment and returns at the end of the day. An evening dinner in Mougins or Antibes, about 8 to 11 km (5 to 7 mi) from the Palais, 15 to 30 minutes.
Wednesday. A day on the coast with a client: Monaco is about 60 km (37 mi), 50 to 80 minutes each way. The Monte-Carlo Casino guide explains the approach, and the Monaco Grand Prix page covers the race weekend in May. Ask for a driver for the day to link the stops. See private tours with a driver.
Thursday. Airport run with a pickup time set at booking.
Departure day on the coast
The last day of a show is when plans fail. Delegates leave the Palais at the same hour, trains are busy and the A8 fills with airport traffic. Allow for the same 30 to 45 minute drive to Nice and set the pickup earlier than you think necessary, particularly for an international departure, where the airport terminal check-in and security take time. If you plan to continue along the coast to Monaco or Saint-Tropez after the show, say so at booking so the vehicle and the luggage allowance fit the longer trip. For a client leaving by yacht from the harbour beside the Palais, the chauffeur can drop at the nearest permitted point.
Planning checklist and cancellation terms
- Book hotels through the organizer's partner and ground transport through our desk.
- Book arrival and departure pickups as soon as your flights are fixed.
- Share flight numbers for tracking and say whether you land at Nice or Cannes-Mandelieu.
- Tell the desk which entrance or session you need.
- Plan Thursday departures early.
Cancellation: more than 72 hours' notice is free of charge; 72 hours or less carries 10%; 48 hours or less 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show 100%, measured from the scheduled pickup time. Large events may carry a different deadline, which is stated on your confirmation.
More conferences and the Riviera
The conferences hub and the conference transportation guide list the other shows. Related shows include ITB Berlin and MWC Barcelona. For the region see the Europe directory. The Palais des Festivals and the Cannes tourist office publish venue and city information, and official tourist offices, convention and visitor bureaus and visitor centres can book chauffeur services for their visitors with LimousineWorldwideDirectory.com through a trade account.

Yes. Cannes is served by TGV, Corail and express trains, and regional trains run along the coast. A train is the lower-cost option if you travel light and your timing is flexible.

Which airport is best for private jets?

What does an ILTM transfer cost?
Your fare is fixed from the moment you book and reflects the route, vehicle and time. The online booker displays it for your addresses before you pay.
